TERMS OF SERVICE
By placing an order with NOMA YINI DELIVERIES, you agree to the following:
• Service Scope: NOMA YINI DELIVERIES provides last-mile delivery services for food, groceries, retail goods, and general items from partnered and non-partnered merchants.
• Order Placement: Orders are placed via WhatsApp, website, or integrated ordering platforms. Orders are only processed once payment or payment confirmation has been received where applicable.
• Payments: Payment methods may include EFT, cash on delivery, or other approved payment channels. Specific payment instructions are provided at order confirmation.
• Delivery Responsibility: NOMA YINI DELIVERIES is responsible for delivering items in the condition received from the merchant. We are not responsible for preparation quality, missing items from the merchant, or manufacturer defects.
• Customer Availability: Customers must be available to receive orders at the specified delivery address. Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in additional charges.
• Right to Refuse Service: NOMA YINI DELIVERIES reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that are unsafe, unlawful, or operationally unfeasible.
NOMA YINI DELIVERIES operates on a pay-per-delivery model. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance between pickup and delivery location, order size and handling requirements, and time of delivery (standard vs peak hours). The final delivery fee is confirmed with the customer before order dispatch via WhatsApp or the ordering platform. NOMA YINI DELIVERIES does not charge subscription or membership fees to customers. Merchants may have separate commercial arrangements agreed to independently. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
• Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to costs already incurred.
• Orders cancelled after dispatch are not refundable.
Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
• Non-delivery caused by NOMA YINI DELIVERIES
• Proven loss or damage caused during transit
Refunds do not apply to:
• Incorrect orders prepared by the merchant
• Customer errors in delivery address or contact details
• Change of mind after dispatch
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method where possible.
